CALLS FOR PAPPERS

Recent rapid advances in mobile ad-hoc networks, wireless networks, and sensor devices have made vehicular networks an interesting topic in the research community, which has received much attention from practitioners, researchers, and the public. Vehicular Network, also known as Inter-Vehicle Communication Network, focuses on spontaneously creating a wireless communication network between vehicles and also provides better transportation facilities for users. As we are in the era of edge intelligence, many technologies and applications have emerged to develop a sustainable, efficient and safe transportation system, such as intelligent traffic management systems and autonomous car systems. However, there are still many open research problems in this field, such as security and privacy issues in data communication, green vehicle routing and the integration of sensors, vehicle networks, data centers and existing traffic systems. For this reason, this workshop aims to create a platform for academics, industry professionals and government officials to discuss and exchange new research ideas and technologies in the areas of edge intelligence and vehicle networks and their applications.

Original, unpublished contributions are solicited in all aspects of Vehicular Networks from theory to systems and applications. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • New Applications of Vehicular Networks
